SJ| Founder, Esthetician With over 20 years of experience in the beauty industry, SJ is the founder of Evolve Beauty—a space created from her deep passion for nurturing women and building meaningful, long-term relationships. Her clients don’t just come for a service—they come for her. Her approach is rooted in a holistic philosophy, with a strong belief that true skin transformation happens through intentional touch, not machines. As a dedicated facialist, SJ blends advanced technique with intuition and care, creating results that feel as good as they look. Educated at Pivot Point International in Chicago and further trained in Los Angeles at MUD Makeup Designory, her background combines technical expertise with a lifelong creative passion for skin, beauty, and healing. Known for her ability to create a deeply personalized, unhurried experience, SJ has built a loyal clientele who value her attention to detail, her presence, and the way she makes each person feel truly seen and cared for. She has always known she was meant to be in this industry, and considers it an honor to be a trusted part of her clients’ self-care—offering a space that is both refined and deeply welcoming. Outside of the treatment room, SJ spends time with her daughter, along with their two dogs, parakeets, bearded dragon, and five oranda goldfish. Her love of nature and aquatic plants inspired the lotus leaf—an enduring symbol of renewal, balance, and effortless beauty.
Reece Jorgensen
Reece brings over 13 years of experience as an esthetician in the Brookfield area, with a true passion for facials and a deeply rooted holistic approach to skincare. She believes that healthy, radiant skin is achieved through balance, intention, and treating the whole person—not just the skin. Known for her warm, open-minded, and laid-back demeanor, Reece creates a space where clients feel completely comfortable, accepted, and genuinely cared for. Her treatments are never rushed—she is highly intentional with her time, allowing each service to feel calm, unhurried, and fully customized. Reece’s exceptional attention to detail sets her apart, especially in her work with lash lifts and brow design, where she enhances each client’s natural features with precision and care. Her love for being a facialist is felt in every treatment—combining relaxation, results, and a nurturing touch that keeps clients coming back. Outside of the treatment room, Reece enjoys time with her husband and two kids, gardening, listening to Tom Petty, and heading Up North to her family’s cabin on the lake to reset and recharge.
Karlee Hardin
With 25 years of experience in the beauty industry, Karlee brings a wealth of knowledge, warmth, and genuine care to Evolve Beauty. Her approach to skincare is rooted in creating treatments that feel every bit as good as they are beneficial for the skin. Karlee specializes in luxurious, customized facials with plenty of massage, relaxation, and thoughtful extras—the kind of facial where you settle in, completely unwind, and leave feeling refreshed from head to toe. With decades of hands-on experience as a licensed esthetician, she loves helping clients care for their skin while creating a space where they can truly slow down and be taken care of. After spending many years serving clients in the Brookfield and Milwaukee area, Karlee is excited to bring her experience and signature pampering touch to Evolve Beauty. Outside the treatment room, Karlee loves spending time with her family, obsessing over her dog, listening to music, and baking something sweet. And while she loves a good glow, she could happily live without the hot weather—give her a cozy day anytime. For Karlee, every appointment is about more than skincare. Her goal is for each client to leave feeling cared for, refreshed, confident, and just a little extra spoiled.
